Cancel Subscription / Transaction
Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Billing will stop within 3 business days of your cancellation request being received, and cancelling within 14 days of purchase or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, entitles you to a full refund. Cancelling does not involve any cancellation fee.
Your Rights
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no reason required.
- The next charge will be stopped within 3 business days of your request being received.
- Within 14 days of purchase or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, you are entitled to a full refund (cooling-off period). A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 or older) or a new immigrant (up to five years in Israel) may cancel within four months if the engagement included a conversation with us.
- Cancelling does not involve any cancellation fee.
Refund policy
Cancelling within the cooling-off period entitles you to a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds are issued by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, to the payment method you paid with. Full details are in section 13 of the Terms of Service.
